Water has been detected inside the head. Replacement is required.

Common causes:

• Cracked or damaged casing (often at the base or riser)

• Overtightening onto the FlexPipe or SwingJoint, causing stress fractures

• Physical damage from lawn equipment

Inspect the line for visible damage before replacing.
