This means the valve that controls water throw isn’t working properly. We’ve updated the design with improved bracing, so it’s important to cycle the head before replacing it.
Common causes:
Valve motor failure (can’t reach the correct position)
Valve stuck open (spraying without rotating) or stuck closed (rotating/clicking without spraying)
This may also show alongside a timeout error.
Before replacing the head:
Turn off all schedules
Unplug the controller and leave it off for 1 hour
Plug it back in and wait 1 minute
Reset the controller
Controller 2: press the green button
Controller 3: press the far-left reset button
After resetting, run the head and check if the issue is resolved.
