The rotor motor that pivots the head back and forth is not functioning correctly.
Top Causes
● The rotor’s motor has failed and cannot reach the desired position.
● Head needs reboot, some newer heads need to update and may potentially throw false errors. To test this, press the green reset button (Controller 2) or the far left reset button (Controller 3)>allow the controller to sit for 5 minutes>attempt to operate the head and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't respond, open a ticket. You could also try a full power cycle (see below). Replacement may be necessary.
With no schedules on, unplug the controller from the wall outlet, allow to sit for 1 hour, plug in controller, allow 1 minute for it to come back online and then reset the controller with the reset button. After a minute, attempt the boot up the head and see if it is working. Open a service case if it still isn't working.
