Electrical issues have taken down the line or sprinkler stuck in update.
Top Causes
● Sprinkler is not updated properly. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and try again.
● Controller cable wired incorrectly.
● Sprinkler cable connections are loosened, wet, or being interrupted by dirt or debris.
● Sprinkler cable is abnormally long (over ~1,000ft), and the electrical signal is weak when reaching the sprinkler head.
● Overlapping schedules on older software may have attempted to power too many sprinklers at once.
Check sprinkler cable connections until the errors clear in the app.
There are a few causes for these, so it pays to check each option.
If you just installed the system for the first time and have never detected the heads, try switching the cable connections (red to common and black to IG #-#). Run a Test and Detect and see if they appear.
If you specifically receive break error, we'd recommend pressing the green button to reset the controller and force the heads to update. Do not do anything in the app while this is happening.
The other issue could be that the line is wet, if that is case, you'll have to check the connections between heads to ensure they aren't submerged in water.
