Smart Valve - Valve Error

Smart Valve - Valve Error

The valve control that modulates water throw is not functioning correctly. We've redesigned our valve to prevent this with new bracing hardware, so it's important to cycle the head before replacing.

Top Causes

● The valve’s motor has failed and cannot reach the desired positioning.
● Valve is stuck open and spraying (not rotating) or it is stuck shut (rotating/clicking).

This error may coincide with a timeout error. Before determining whether or not you have to replace, first try power cycling the controller. With no schedules on, unplug the controller from the wall outlet, allow to sit for 1 hour, plug in controller, allow 1 minute for it to come back online and then reset the controller with far left reset button (Controller 3) or, the green reset button (Controller 2).

After a minute, attempt the boot up the head and see if it is working.
