To reset your board and re-establish connection, press and hold the settings button for at least 2 seconds.

The screen will refresh and reconnect to the home WIFI. You can check the status in the app in the top left corner of the homepage. It may take up to a minute to re-establish connection.

To reset the board fully, remove the hardware plate with a flathead screwdriver to expose the terminal connections and the reset button.

Using the sharp side of the screwdriver, press the small button to reset power to the board.

If the display does not turn back on, check your GFCI wall outlet/breaker to ensure power wasn't tripped.
