Power cycling/resetting is used if you are getting wiring related errors in the app (timeout, open, receive/break). There are a few ways to do this on Irrigreen's Controller 2.

The first is easy. Press the green button on the controller, this resets the controller and clears its data cache.

None of your schedules/maps will be affected by this. Attempt to run system as intended once back online.

The second is simply by unplugging the controller. Unplug the controller for 1 hour and close out of the app. Allow the power to drain fully from controller and heads. Plug it back in, let sit for 1 minute to reconnect to WIFI, reset the controller by pressing the green button. Allow 5-10 minutes to pass to ensure all heads check in and update properly. Attempt to run system as intended once back online.
