Use this if you’re seeing wiring-related errors like Timeout, Open, or Receive/Break.
The quickest method:
Press the green button on the controller
This resets the controller and clears its data cache.
This will not affect your schedules or maps. Once the controller is back online, try running the system again.
Full power cycle:
Unplug the controller and close the app
Leave it unplugged for 1 hour
Plug it back in and wait 1 minute for Wi-Fi to reconnect
Press the green button to reset
Wait 5–10 minutes for all heads to check in and update
Then run the system again.
