Rotor Error

Follow troubleshooting below.

Rotor Error

The rotor motor that pivots the head back and forth is not functioning correctly.

Top Causes

● The rotor’s motor has failed and cannot reach the desired position.
● Head needs reboot, some newer heads need to update and may potentially throw false errors. To test this, press the green button on your controller>allow the controller to sit for 5 minutes>attempt to operate the head and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't respond, open a ticket. You could also try a full power cycle (see below). Replacement may be necessary.

With no schedules on, unplug the controller from the wall outlet, allow to sit for 1 hour, plug in controller, allow 1 minute for it to come back online and then reset the controller with the green reset button. After a minute, attempt the boot up the head and see if it is working. Open a service case if it still isn't working.
